Crosstown, phase 1 is a mixed-use affordable housing and commercial development along the 500-block of Burnside Road East in the City of Victoria's Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood. The project is a redevelopment of the former Tally-Ho Hotel property with frontage that extends onto the 3000-block of Douglas Street.

The building will be comprised of a lowrise complex with two levels of commercial space below residences. Approximately one-third of the homes will be supportive care units.
